Setting up new work laptop, need help!

Got a new MacBook Pro from work. I started to transfer my files from my old one to my new one but it included all my personal files and information as well. I followed the steps to factory reset my laptop and I now have the following error msg blinking on startup:

I tried both to revive and restore, and both at same part get stuck. I used a macair and macmini to try to revive/restore, but same problem. I used 3 different apple cable that came with the laptops. but still doesn't help. hope someone. can help. me

You're supposed to type that into a browser.
