WD External Hardrive Won't Mount

I have a 5TB WD Discovery external hardrive, it was working perfectly today, as usual, no problems. Then I decided to update my computer and it won't mount. I have tried first aid in disk utility, I have tried re mounting, I've tried all sorts of Terminal commands. When I shut down my computer and I hold the power button for more options, disk utility recognizes the drive and says the drive is mounted, however when I restart the computer to login to the desktop and attempt to re mount in disk utility, I am met with Could not mount “easystore”. (com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error 49153.)

I have heard putting the computer or whatever it is into "Safe Mode" is a working method, but when I shut down the computer and hold the power button for more options, I do not see what people/support are describing. Need some help with this, I have very important information on my drive and do not have any other computers to test this out on.

On a side note I have a MacBook Air 2020, with an M1 Apple Chip and a new update called Ventura 13.3.1

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.3

4 - Select your startup disk, then press and hold the Shift key while clicking “Continue in Safe Mode.”

Q - This " When I shut down my computer and I hold the power button for more options, disk utility recognizes the drive and says the drive is mounted, however when I restart the computer to login to the desktop and attempt to re mount in disk utility "

This aspect maybe a indicator of some Third Party Software that may have been bundled with this drive was installed and used on this computer ?

If so, remove the Third Party Software Software as per the Developers Instructions
