my vibrate on ring/vibrate on silent toggles are not in my sounds and haptics screen

I no longer have the toggle buttons for "vibrate on ring/vibrate on silent" in my sounds and haptics screen on my iphone SE2020.

iPhone SE, iOS 16

Using iOS 16 or later, those options (scroll at the bottom of Settings>Sounds & Haptics) ave been replaced by:

"Play haptics in ring mode" and "Play haptics in silent mode".
