my iPhone XS max hangs up during phone calls speaker icon will highlight and then four seconds later call is disconnected automatically.
And before last update, the speaker icon would light up but it would mute for five seconds, and then resume call but after last update after the four seconds it disconnects call.

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come.
Did you ever resolve this issue on your phone? I am getting the same problem, however, if I put my SIM card in another phone the calls are fine so it is not a SIM issue, rather a phone issue.
