I’ve got a iPhone 6s Plus. I’ve tried getting the Amazon App but it won’t let me. I’ve got to get a IOS 15. I know there’s a way around it but I can’t find the review on how to do it now

First, try a forced restart, if that doesn't work, uninstall then reinstall the Amazon app. If that doesn't work, contact Amazon for help with their software.

Try a forced restart.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

  • What model iPhone?
  • What iOS version?
  • What Amazon app version? (Find this by searching in the App Store for “Amazon Shopping”. You should see an “Open” button there, as well as the current version 21.8.0.)
  • How full is your iPhone storage? (Settings > General > iPhone Storage - you need an absolute minimum of 6GB free at all times.)
