iTunes on Windows not playing music

I can't play my Apple Music playlists on iTunes or the Apple Music app on Windows. Everytime I try to play a long off my playlist it says "The song [song name here] cannot be played because you are not signed into Apple Music", even though I signed in and out multiple times to access the playlist in the first place. And specifically on the iTunes app, it crashes the entire app after the message is closed. Can somebody help me?

Windows, Windows 10
