restored my iPhone and now cellular data doesn't work

I restored my iPhone and now it shows the LTE icon for connection to the cellular network but the network service doesn't work.

It's an iPhone SE. 1st generation.

I can't toggle Cellular Data or access any Cellular settings in System Settings, and my SIM card works fine in other phones so it seems to be an issue with the phone. My phone was perfectly functional with the previous iOS and now no longer connects to service. I can't call, text, or use data. How is there not an Apple Service Program for this? Are there seriously not enough people reporting the issue to Apple and just buying a new phone? It seems ridiculous. [Edited by Moderator]
