Get a new iPhone because my other one was lost
I was at a park and I left my phone there by accident. Someone probably stole my iPhone. My find my was not on and can I get a new phone

Unless you have a non-Apple insurance policy which says otherwise, only by purchasing one at the retail price. AppleCare+ coverage for loss or theft is only available if Find My is on.
