So I bought more storage but it’s still saying I don’t have enough when I try to download other apps

I bought 200 GB of storage for $3 monthly and it’s still saying I don’t have enough storage

Most likely, that message is related to your iPhone internal storage (not to iCloud storage... see the difference in this support article:--> What's the difference between device storage and iCloud storage? )

That said, check your iPhone internal storage in Settings>General>Iphone Storage... and, if needed, make room by deleting unused stuff.

If "set storage" stays for "iPhone internal storage", then the answer is NO, sorry.

Internal storage cannot be increased. As already stated, you can only make room by deleting apps/mediadocuments that you don't need to be "always available" on your device.
