Can I plug an apple charging cable into a usb on an adapter (European 220 line)without a converter to change the 220 to 110 volt?

All Apple power adapter are 110/220. You only need a plug adapter, not a voltage converter.

Charging Apple devices overseas (South Africa) I am bringing an iPhone 12 mini and an iPad (9th Gen) both running iOS 16.5.1 to South Africa - Cape Town and Botswana. I will need both type “M” and type “G” AC adaptors, but my concern is voltage conversion. I’d rather not buy a voltage converter if I can avoid it. Can the Apple devices themselves handle varying voltage, or will I have to use an Apple charging block? I’m considering buying AC adaptors with ports for USB (a) and USB (c), so just need to know whether or not I’ll need an Apple charging block at all?

I have an Apple iPad Mini 6 which uses the USB C port for charging. When purchasing an adapter for European travel, is this adapter "is not Quick Charger 3.0; doesn't support any other devices which need 9~22V charging voltage" work? Below is the description of the adapter being considered. My question is will my Apple iPad Mini 6 be chargeable on the USB C port of this travel adapter?
