This happens because the iPhone disguises itself. If you don't want it to do this.
Tap Settings
Tap Wi-Fi
Tap on the blue "i" circle next to the name of the Wi-Fi network
Scroll down and turn off Private Wi-Fi Address
Your iPhone Wi-Fi connection is now not as secure as before....and you may see a Privacy Warning.....but it is your call.

Scroll down and turn off Private Wi-Fi Address

To find your iPhone MAC address -> go to Settings -> General -> About -> the Wi-Fi address.
