Hello ymiron25!

Please go to: Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone. Now, see if the FaceTime app appears on the list. If so, turn ON the switch next to it.

Thank you but when I did that the app facetime doesn't pop up for me. Do you know how I can make it pop up so I can turn on the switch next to it?
