Hey ,
Reseting network settings just removed your APN settings that are installed from your Mobile carrier.
I suggest to check if you have a VPN configuration or VPN application installed , usually they do get some restrictions setted up on theyre own.Do that and Reset network settings again.
No I don't have any VPN installed 🥲
