Ventura Can't boot in safe mode

Hello all

to try to solve some problems of slow apps I have tried to boot in safe mode, but the screen goes repeatedly black and I can't enter the password.

So far I have tried to:

disable file vault and system security setting
reset SMC and PRAM
removed VPNs
disabled App that started at login
SOSed from Recovery Mode all disks and volumes, which were all fine
reinstalled Ventura from Recovery Mode

Any other suggestion? I cam also from a recently fresh install, but the problem not changed.

Just saw a post that instructions for "intel-based Mac. Not silicone.

Turn or or restart Mac.
Immediately press & hold the Shirt key. Release when you see login.
You might break asked to log in again.Here you will see safe start.

Yes, already been trough all of that. The problem is that the Mac do start in safe mode, as I can see on the top right of the screen, but every time I try to put the login password the screen go black and then the login screen comes back again. I am just able, if I am fast enough, to press the shut-down button at the bottom of the screen. If the problem is that the graphic drivers are disabled, I really don't know how I can type the password. I have also tried to switch to automatic login in normal mode, but in safe mode it asks me the password the same.

Do you suggest to make another reinstall or the result could be the same? The app that causes me problems is Contacts, which gets stuck with groups, but I would like to boot in safe mode for any other reason.
