Need RAID external hard drive recommendations for iMac 24 inch, M1, 2021 Ventura

Hi, I upgraded to the newer Mac and my old EHD, a Drobo 5D, is no longer compatible (and Drobo is in bankruptcy). I am looking for recommendations for a large capacity (20TB) RAID EHD. Mostly will be storing photographs and videos. I would greatly appreciate recommendations. Thanks
