I have my full family subscription and my two members do not have access to Apple Music

Based on the details you provided, it would appear you or the Family Share organizer has already completed the steps from How to share purchases with your family if there are other family members that are able to access shared content and subscriptions.


If that is the case, the users that cannot access the subscription may need to take guidance from If you can't find your family's shared content on their respective devices. Note also the section from that article:
