Buy music in Mexico and now you cannot have it in USA???

As long as you download it and make backup copies before changing countries then you will not lose anything.

If you have a copy of it, you can play that as before. Otherwise, you'll either need to go back there and redownload it, or buy it from the USA store, or click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
