Why is my password on iphone locked, and how do I unlock it? I don't have touch ID but have entered the password, gone to Settings, Autofill, and there's nothing there to resolve this issue.

The Passwords section in Settings appears to be working as intended. There are no issues there.
The Uber online issue has nothing to do with the password options screen in settings. Glad that you have inquired with Uber.

On my iphone i went to settings, passwords, and a lock symbol with message passwords are locked came on the screen, with an immediate appearance of a square telling me to use touch id to view autofill passwords. on the passwords options screen i get a password options not and security reccomendations with a no that no issues are found. At this time I'm not sure if I have an issue. This morning I tried to create an account with Uber online, and after entering all my info, including cc number, it said an account couldn't be created at this time. I have sent them an email requesting more info.
Is it related to this issue?
Which password are you referring to exactly? Is the passcode that you use to unlock your iPhone to get to the Home Screen?
