Sign out old computer Apple ID Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac - Apple Support

And set up iCloud in new macbook Set up iCloud on your Mac - Apple Support

And turn on iCloud features Set up iCloud features on Mac - Apple Support (IN)

The new Mac will sync all iCloud data from current computers ( use the same Apple ID and password on the same network .
