Hi, I bought the new MacBook Air on Sunday and I have created the account and password etc. but then I forgot the password and I have locked the account now. I have created a new account after that but the MacBook is still locked and I cannot login

At the very first iCloud registration, I changed the password and added a character or symbol unintentionally! and now I can't unlock it, I'm currently on a business trip and I need my laptop, please help me, I have the necessary documents for its purchase.
Hi again, thank you but this link is not what we need unfortunately. The thing is that the laptop is not getting to the lock/unlock screen. I will attach a photo of the screen so you can see what’s showing up . That’s the only option and now it’s only loading for the last 15 minutes. What do I do from here?
