Apple Music 7-day Free Preview Added Without My Consent By Siri

I did NOT sign up and merely mispoke while driving. I wanted Amazon Music to play songs from an artists and Siri picked up the request. Siri said she was signing me up without option for me to confirm. Siri said there was an error after that. When I got to my destination I looked at my Apple ID and I am signed up for 7-day free preview WITHOUT any option to cancel this. The UI implies I need to sign up but given this community is littered with people saying they were charged a subscription and wonder if this is how Apple is doing this?

Any suggestions for how to be 100% certain Apple will not randomly decide some plan and start charging when I do NOT want anything to do with Apple Music?
