Recycling Program Question

Does Apple have a recycling program for older models such as a 2011 MacBook Pro laptop?

Apple Reuse and Recycling Program:

National Services - Apple


There's also a Trade-In program, but I don't know if they'd offer anything for a 2011 MacBook Pro:

There is a FAQ section at the bottom of the Trade-In page about recycling.
