Apple One Family Sharing
Why can’t my family use Apple Music even though it’s available on the Apple One plan.

Hello Ryneco,
Can you please confirm:
- You are indeed the one who bought the Apple One plan and are currently subscribed to it.
- You have bought either the Apple One Family or Premier plan.
If both of the above are yes,
- Open Settings
- Tap Your Name (Apple ID)
- Tap Subscriptions
Make sure Share with Family is toggled on under Options.
Additionally,
- Open Settings
- Tap Family
- Tap Subscriptions
Make sure everything is being shared.
- Share Apple and App Store subscriptions with family members on iPhone - Apple Support
- Add a family member to your shared subscriptions - Apple Support
