Phone dying .

I don’t know if this is happening to anyone else but, my phone dies quickly and I recently got it march 4th of this year and the battery health is only at 96%.? I’m genuinely confused and aggravated bc I can’t be on my phone longer then 3 hours without it dying it’s honestly disappointing. Anyone else ?

Hello aleyshaoyola15,

What iOS version are you on?

  1. Open Settings
  2. Scroll down and tap on Battery

Look at the Battery Level across either the Last 24 Hours or the Last 10 Day. Tap on the graph where you see significant battery drainage. This will filter out the other apps and focus on this specific section. What does the graph say? What is contributing the most to the battery draining? If you could send a screenshot of the apps it might be helpful!

  1. Batteries - Apple
  2. Batteries - Maximizing Performance - Apple

Since you’re experiencing severe battery loss, are fully updated, and have a wonderful Maximum Capacity, I think you should reach out to Apple Support for further assistance. Here are some options:

You can also take your iPhone in for an examination: Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple.

Good Luck!

PS: A hearty congrats on reaching Level 5, pjswiz! 🥳 You do wonderful work here!
