The link gave you 3 options that you have not done by your screenshot:

  1. Go to the report a problem website and sign in.
  2. View the email that was sent to you
  3. Contact Apple through the provided link


If you did all the steps, what did Apple say. The screenshot you provided was not the report a problem web site that lists your purchases when you sign in at that page.
