I didnt get my money even though i refunded it

I accidentally bought sometimes some stuff on some games and when i request a refund on it, it said it was successful refund but still i didnt get the money, i checked on this community and it said i had to wait for the purchase to fully go through before refunding, after getting an invoice about the purchase i went back to refund it again it said it was alr refunded even though i didnt get the money and it has just tooken my money, should i call customer support about it? And im missing around £40-60 (half of them are trials i forgot to cancel)

If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

Store credit—It might take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple Account balance.

Mobile phone billing—It might take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time might be affected by your carrier. You can contact your carrier for an update.

All other payment methods—It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
