I need a $7.99 Refund form offer up but when I click in to do A refund it comes out in a different language. I tried regional and country on settings, and nothing fixes it.

I need a refund and when I click in it comes out in a different language I already tried fixing it. I went to regional or country, and still the same language comes out.
