I lost access to my iPad for some time and used a spare older one we had until I regained access. I’m now having trouble signing out of the older Ipad because “sign out is not available due to restrictions”. I’ve tried disabling screen time, content restrictions, and family sharing, still cannot sign out. I read that it could be because I’m not the organizer for my family. Any help is appreciated!

If you have set-up a ScreenTime Passcode, you will not be able to sign-out from iCloud and your AppleID. You must ensure that you have deleted the ScreenTime Passcode:
Settings > Screen Time > Change Screen Time Passcode > Turn Off Screen Time Passcode
