The 2022 M2 Macbook Pro supports one external display:

MacBook Pro (13-inch, M2, 2022) - Technical Specifications

"Display Support

Simultaneously supports full native resolution on the built-in display at millions of colors and:

One external display with up to 6K resolution at 60Hz"

if you have just the M2 chip, 1 external monitor.

if you have the M2 Pro chip, 2 external monitors.

I think the M2 Max chip can do at least 3 external monitors.

You can use DisplayLink adapters to add extra monitors to a Mac beyond what the built-in graphics will support.
