When I set up an Interval workout using the Seconds app, the music volume lowers during beeps for warm up/cool down/rest/stop/start, etc. However, the music volume does not resume. Once it lowers for the first beeps, it stays very low for the entire duration of the Interval workout. How can I get the music volume to resume?

What I did was in Seconds app, in settings I turned off alerts but let haptics. So when the next interval comes it will vibrate and the music volume remains the same. See if that helps. Did you also try it with Apple Music or just Spotify ?

No! I even paid for the app. I haven’t had time to push this to a higher level — but it’s on my list!
