hello myself Amruthkumar i have bhought a new i phone 14pro max but i meet with an accident so that the phone has got damaged will it be repaired in the warranty or should i pay for it

warranty by definition only really covered production defects discovered after purchase, not accident, theft or loss

if you have purchased apple care+ then read AppleCare Products - iPhone - Apple
otherwise you should reach out to whatever other insurance companies you have policies with
Accidental events are not covered by warranty, sorry, unless you have subscribed to an Apple Care Plus Protection Plan within 60 days from the date of purchase.
