Apple airpod pro replacement tips

Hello,

I just received my new ear tips for the apple pro and they won't fit. The new eartips inside is hard plastic and it's too small to fit the Airpod Pro.

Please can someone tell me what to do?

The ear tips for AirPods Pro Gen1 or Gen2 are different parts, with different dimensions. Please see Identify your AirPods - Apple Support to confirm exactly which version you have, and then check exactly what you ordered. I suspect you got the wrong tips.
