I have a printer/scanner. There is usually no problem printing; printer will show up in the list of devices. However, when I open Image Capture (to scan), it cannot find that same printer/scanner in the list of devices.
What brand and model is the All-in-one?
You may need a scan drive from the manufacture.

The last update that Brothers issued was for macOS 10.15 Catalina.

Based on that, I would contact Brothers and see if they have a solution for macOS 13 Ventura.
