Hi everyone, my friend tries to download apps from the appstore and it says “your account has been disabled in the appstore and itunes” please someone helps…

There's a problem with their iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from their end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for their country, use this form.
