Keychain pop up with Safari

When I use Safari (or another browser) to access a protected website (with an SSL certificate) there is a pop up constantly popping up saying 'Safari wants to make changes to the system keychain...' etc. And I have to give my system login name and password.

I can imagine that this pops-up once, but it pops-up all the time. Even when I don't do anything after a couple of minutes it pops up and I have to give may system login again and again.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to stop this?

I have the latest OS on my macBook: Ventura 13.5
