I have an iphone7 that was with att. I called and asked I unlock so I could activate with Verizon who sent me 2 SIM cards now supposedly configured to activate the iPhone 7 but can’t seem to getter done

please advise

Apple can't unlock your iPhone for use with a different carrier. Only your carrier can unlock your iPhone.

You need to contact your Carrier.
