Recently, my Macbook has been hanging followed by a forced restart on its own. Whether it be browsing social media, watching videos or downloading the latest software update. I tried re-downloading a new macos with command-R to check if it's the software issue but it crashes before it could finish downloading. Any ideas on solving this issue?
if you have any external hardware attached, disconnect it and see if it panics. It looks to be a hardware problem.
Try starting up on Safe Mode and try to reinstall macOS in Safe Mode.
