Paying for an account without user’s permission

I updated the payment methods on my apple account because the App Store was not allowing me to update my free apps but as soon as I added my account details money was taken out of my account without my permission. How do I get a refund??? The report a problem page says that I have no eligible refunds

It does not say that I owe anything is my purchase history on refunds so how would I pay something that I do not owe When I try to purchase a app is says update payment method I try to update my card it doesn’t allow me to I erased my card and tried to add it back it was still not letting me, I looked it up and Apple says that you owe money when that’s impossible to be honest you can’t buy something on Apple if you do not have the money. I looked at all my purchase history and it did not say that I owed anything it only said that you guys refunded me stuff, seems weird right the biggest company is scamming for money. Now I have had this problem for a couple months now and would really like to be able to download a FREE app or spend money if I like it’s my choice let me make it……..

You’ll want to discuss this directly with Apple Support.

Usually, there was a subscription either active, or a subscription or bill previously unpaid.
