In Apple Music, can I merge two or more playlists then delete the duplicates

I have created WAY too many Playlists in Apple Music on my 2021 MacBook Pro with latest software. Many overlap. Can I merge these playlists then delete any duplicates from the final Playlist?

Yes. There is not really a "merge" command, but you can drag all contents of the second list into the first list to create a combined list. Once you have the combined list, sort it by name and delete any extras.
