When receiving a call on my iPhone 13 I hear 1 ring then nothing. How do I get my phone to ring 5 or 6 times then go to voicemail? Help!!!
And, just like that it the issue started to reoccur. The carrier, First-Net, said there was a "provisioning error" with my account. They made some changes on their end and it's working for now. Fingers crossed.
You will need to contact your carrier and have them work that out for you.
Just had this same issue. Go to settings>phone>call forwarding. If call forwarding is off, turn it on and then back off again. This solved my issue.
