Locked out of apple id on my iphone 14 pro
When I click on my appleid on my phone it is grey and will not allow me to change anything. This is something I have done in settings but don't know how to undo

Hello tanyafromarmstrong!
To fix this, please go to: Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > (Scroll all the way down) > Account Changes. Now, select “Allow”, and close “Settings.”
When you next try to open Account related settings, everything should work as normal!
