My account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store

My account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store.

Please assist. I cannot get into any apps to upgrade. I am also out of storage and cannot upgrade this either due to the issue.

iPhone 12, iOS 16

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'
