How to switch my iPhone's audio to speaker for podcasts, etc.?

I like to listen to podcasts and online programs through the iPhone's built-in speaker. How do I switch to that mode?


It's easy for a phone call, but how about other functions?

I have not found any Speaker mode in Apple Podcast.
