If you purchased that corporate iPhone from someone, it was sold illegally.
Ask your money back or recycle the iPhone.
That is not possible. Administration would be useless if it could simply be circumvented.
How did MDM get installed on your phone? Either the phone came with it, or you authorized its installation. If you bought the phone used it was probably stolen from the business that manages the MDM.

No, I’ve on multiple iPhones and it just seems to follow me and Apple says I need to find out where it got put on the system because it’s not Apple product but they sure have a lot on the Internet about it. Apple sure have that name in there, but legally, I guess they don’t have to say **** not them but Apple and oracle or one and the same.
