You disabled my app and my itune

Y’all have disabled my iTunes and App Store saying my payment method is wrong but it’s not yall or not supposed to take payments out until the 3rd of the month why all of sudden you started taking them out early

You're not talking to Apple here, but to other customers. You need to contact Apple.
