Trying to update my MBP, says 13.2.1 is up to date but Apple says 13.5 works on the 2021 14" MBP???
Have you tried going to the App Store, searching for macOS Ventura and downloading and installing from there?

I went into “Settings” multiple times and “check for updates” but it kept telling me I was up to date.
Clicked on “Get” in App Store and it fired up Settings, check for update but doing it that way it found the update.
Installing now
2021 MacBook Pro 14" says Ventura 13.2.1 is up to date. What about 13.5?
