I bought a used mobile where I went on to erase all content and settings resulted it got locked to my account now I am not able to login into my account as it is not asking for password.

hard part is I have removed the device from my devices as well and as of now I got no connection to that device apart from account lock. I raised a case with Apple but I haven’t got any reply from them. Someone please help.

It’s locked to the owner’s Apple ID, via Activation Lock.

Activation Lock is intended as a theft deterrent, and is intentionally not easy to bypass.

We can’t help bypass Activation Lock. And absent proof of ownership sufficient to convince Apple (original purchase receipts, etc), Apple won’t.

If the seller has disappeared as is far too common, you got scammed. Recycle it.
