Why can’t i verify my payment method
Trying to download an app. It tells me to Verify my payment method and the tells me it failed. I have fund available so idk what’s happening

If one or more of the following 6 options are true then you can't choose None as a payment method then the Billing information is needed . The "None" option will not appear...

Have you a Debit/Credit card that is issued to you that is valid internationally and is from the same Country / Region as your Apple ID.

- The payment method that you are adding is of the same country as that of App Store Country on your iPhone
- You have a valid payment plan debit/credit card from an authorised bank from the same country
