If you have iCloud , does that mean all ( 5 family members can see content) can see your information? Do you have any privacy? My main concern is privacy so I need to know that iCloud + will not break my privacy.

iCloud+ will not break your privacy. Each family member will have their own backup files which are not going to be able to be accessed by other family members. Those backup files on iCloud are linked to the Apple ID and Device of the family members.
