I have no idea how this happened. I never leave my phone out in the sun or anything like that and I have never dropped it either, do I need a new screen or something?

It doesn't show up in those, it's basically only visible to the person looking at the screen and not to the phone I guess

Seeing this blurry, fried, outline of my home screen displaying on my phone screen, it appears on my screen only at my bedtime.
